The program manager reviews your application and documents. You might be asked for additional information. Or an interview. Then you are informed whether you’ve been accepted.
If you still need to submit information, you'll receive an email about it.
Log in to "My Application" to submit documents and/or information. You can find the login details in the mail you received.
In My Application you can also see the status of your submitted information.
Have you applied for more than one program? Then you will see what info you still need to submit per program.
It’s possible you only need to upload a passport photo. We use the photo for your HAN card. You'll use this card for printing or paying at the canteen, for example.
Ready to finalize your enrollment and become a HAN student?
EU/EEA: The final step, after submitting all necessary documents, is paying your tuition fees. Find out more about how to pay your tuition fees.
Non EU/EEA: The final step, after submitting all necessary documents, is paying your financial guarantee including tuition fees. After you have done this, HAN can arrange your residence permit.
Starting in September? From July on, we can finalize your enrollment at HAN. Starting in February? From January on, we can finalize your enrollment at HAN.
Once your enrollment is official, Studielink will show your status as “Enrolled”.
You’ll also receive an email from HAN confirming that your enrollment is complete. This email will be sent to the address you provided in Studielink.
Why is it important to take care of this on time?
Only after your enrollment is finalized will you be able to log in with your HANaccount and access HAN systems and tools, such as your HAN email, Wi‑Fi, and Microsoft Teams. That’s why it’s important to have everything arranged before your study program starts.
Don’t forget to cancel your application for other programs. Only do this when you’ve made your final decision, but no later than 31 August.
