Pop-up vaccination site at HAN
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) is coming to HAN! Students and staff who haven’t been vaccinated against COVID-19 can get their jabs at 1 of our locations from Wednesday 25 August. No appointment needed.
To control the coronavirus and increase our protection, it’s important that as many people as possible get vaccinated. That’s why we’re giving the Municipal Health Service (GGD) the opportunity to open a pop-up vaccination site at HAN.
Pfizer or Janssen
Both the Pfizer and Janssen vaccine are available at the vaccination site. Are you under the age of 18? Then you can only get Pfizer. You need 1 jab for the Janssen vaccine and 2 jabs for Pfizer. The appointment for the 2nd jab is scheduled immediately after the 1st jab and that will be at a regular vaccination site.
Where and When?
Students and staff can just walk in to get their jabs at:
HAN Campus Nijmegen, Kapittelweg 33
- Wednesday 25 August to Friday 27 August from 11:00 to 17:00
- Monday 30 August to Friday 3 September from 11:00 to 17:00
HAN Campus Arnhem, Ruitenberglaan 31 (the big canteen)
- Monday 30 August to Friday 3 September from 11:00 to 19:00.
Practical info
When you come to get your jab, take an ID with you showing your BSN*. Also, wear a mask. It is not permitted to take photos and/or videos. And one more thing: it’s your own choice to get vaccinated, not an obligation. HAN will not ask you for proof of vaccination to participate in educational activities.
*International students need to bring an ID, but they do not need to show a BSN.
