International Week Built Environment
The International Week Built Environment (Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program) will take place from May 18 to 24, 2025! Together with our partners we provide workshops and lectures on topics related to the built environment, supplemented with social events. Meet and collaborate with students from other countries who study the same as you.

Are you a student or lecturer in the field of Built Environment? Come to our annual International Week Built Environment! We will welcome you to our School of Built Environment in Arnhem, the Netherlands. Our school and programs endorse the UN Sustainable Development Goals, therefore the International Week program will include many topics related to sustainability. There are many interesting lectures and workshops at our university, but there are also excursions.
Excursion "Windmills, cheese and canals"
If you would like to add an extra day to discover the highlights of the Netherlands, join us on an excursion on the Saturday after the International Week (May 24). This tour ends in Amsterdam.
Register before April 25, 2025!
Are you studying Architecture Engineering and Design or Civil Engineering and would you like to meet fellow students from other countries? Would you like to join them in interesting lectures, workshops, excursions and social events? Then register before April 25, 2025 for the International Week Built Environment. We'll see you soon at the HAN in Arnhem!
The costs for participation are € 250. There is no participation fee for HAN Partners.
If you also want to participate in the excursion on Saturday, an additional € 150 will be added.
With many different activities there is a lot to discover in the International Week. Students from all over the world meet, learn, work and have fun together!
Exchange Courses and Internships
HAN University of Applied Sciences offers loads of professional programs in a wide range of fields. Students can choose from 63 bachelor programs, 19 master programs and numerous exchange programs. All of which combine a solid theoretical basis with practical application in the field. So they’re well positioned to enter the job market as soon as they graduate. HAN offers 5 English-taught bachelor programs and 2 English-taught master programs within the field of Engineering & Life Sciences. We have around 1,000 students from 30 different countries. And our main objective is to enhance employability and internationalization.
